irememberSG
irememberSG is the official companion blog to the SingaporeMemory.sg portal by the Singapore Memory Project.
The Singapore Memory Project is a whole-of-nation collaborative initiative led by the Ministry of Communication and Information (MCI) and facilitated by the National Library Board, in partnership with other institutions such as local and overseas libraries, heritage agencies and research institutions. The Project is directed by a Steering Committee and managed by the Project’s Secretariat.

National Library Board
NLB manages the National Library, 25 Public Libraries and the National Archives.
NLB promotes reading, learning and information literacy by providing a trusted, accessible and globally-connected library and information service through the National Library and a comprehensive network of Public Libraries. By forging strategic partnerships to cultivate knowledge sharing, the libraries also encourage appreciation and awareness of Singapore’s history through their wide range of programmes and collection on Singapore and regional content. The National Archives of Singapore oversees the collection, preservation and management of public and private archival records, including government files, private memoirs, maps, photographs, oral history interviews and audio-visual materials.

ReStore
ReStore is a cosy space where you can take time out to sip freshly brewed coffee on a vintage couch and let your mind wander, while being surrounded by beautiful vintage furniture. Delight your senses with warm smells of freshly pulled espresso shots and homemade waffles as you browse through vintage furniture and homewares.
We specialise in vintage furniture that has been lovingly restored. A good polish, wood restoration, reupholstery, we do whatever it takes to bring back the former glory of a piece of old furniture. We only take in quality pieces, those that are made of good wood, for example, and give them a new life with gorgeous new upholstery and the results are usually amazing!
